Shipping Policies

Era Style Loft is pleased to offer free standard shipping and returns on orders over $150 within Canada. You may choose to use the Express shipping option for $15 for 1-2 day shipping (Western Canada) or 2-4 day shipping (Eastern Canada). If your order is less than $150, you can choose the Express shipping option for $30 for 1-2 day shipping (Western Canada) or 2-4 day shipping (Eastern Canada). All orders will be shipped from our Saskatoon or Calgary store pending item availability.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Please allow one business day for processing. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays due to inclement weather or other unforeseen natural events. Shipping times may vary at peak Canada Post times, such as Black Friday and the Holiday Season.

Promotions & Events: During busy sale events, processing times my take a little longer - thanks for your patience.

Same day delivery options

Same day delivery options are available within Saskatoon (& area) and Calgary when your order is placed before 12pm that day.

Pick up & Phone orders

We offer same day pick up options pending availability. If your item is ineligible for same day pickup you will be contacted with a new pick up date.

If your item not located in your location for pick-up, we can arrange for the transfer of your item and pick-up in your location. Please phone us at 306.652.2770 or e-mail us at customerservice@erastyleloft.com to arrange a transfer to your location.

Phone orders are available Monday – Saturday 10am to 6pm & Sunday 12pm – 5pm. All phone orders can be shipped, delivered or picked up, pending eligibility.

Saturday Delivery

At this time, we are not able to ship for Saturday delivery. If there is an urgent need, please contact us at customerservice@erastyleloft.com so that we can further assist you.
